Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
Disability Insurance
I sufferd an injury at work that caused me to become disabeled. When I tried to collect my supplementary disability policy, the insurance company, CIGNA denided my claim. I was approved by Social Security for disability benefits and this policy was supposed to make upp the difference in my paycheck. can I now claim the benefits I was denied?
