Am I eligible for disability

I was hit by a drunk driver over a year ago, about 2 weeks ago I was told by my Doctor not to try to find another job, to apply for social securty instead. I am having focal seizures,one side of my face is paralyzed, and now I am told there is a bone in the back of my neck pressing on my spinal cord. I was unemployed at the time of the accident, but went back to work for 3 months but did not pass the orientation(my Doctor feels this was because of the seizures). I was collection unemployment ins. but can no longer do that,can I collect no-fault disability ins. until I can get social security? I am without any income at this time and have very little savings.

Did you submitted any insurance claims as a result of the accident, or start a lawsuit against the driver/owner of the vehicle that struck you? I strongly suggest that you retain an attorney to represent you in this matter. There is no fee for the personal injury claim, it is a contingency fee of 1/3 the recovery. The other legal issues would be included in that contingency fee.
