Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
i was employed by a locksmith company and did a car accident.
the insurance was on my employers name and so is the car.
i have stopped working for him regardless to the accident.
one day he called my saying he lost the case and that i need to pay 2700$ tom the insurance company.
i wanted to know if i should pay that sum of me money or if i should pay at all�
also the time i was working for him i was paying him for the insurance.
what should i do ?

It sounds as if he is asking you for reimbursement for property damages to his car. You do not even know what his claim is judging from your inquiry. You have two choices: (1)Ignore him; It is his car, his insurance, his headache, or (2) have an attorney charge you minimal to investigate what the claim is and whether you are on the hook.
I wouldn't pay. You are certainly entitled to more information.
