Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
I Don't believe my employer carries Workers Comp Insurance
Hello, I believe it is mandatory in most states to carry workers comp. insurance for your employees. However, I do not believe my employer has any. I want to be sure that i am protected in case of injury, but I don't want to lose my job for meddling into company affairs. Is there a way I can annonomously report them somewhere? Thanks.
