Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
Fall on property
Need some legal advice! I came home yesterday and found a handwritten note that someone fell on our property(sidewalk). Note was poorly written and only phone # was given, no name or address. What do I do? Should I call my insurance company and tell them about this note or should I wait till legal papers will arrive. Thanks for all your help! I live in New York City

Re: Fall on property
contact the insurance company immediately. If you don't, they may disclaim you for failing to promptly notify them
