Re: Insurance Fraud
Your son absolutely needs to retain an attorney to get him the best possible outcome. He is facing serious jail time. I strongly urge you to get an attorney right now. Contact us for low cost representation. If you still cannot afford an attorney, the court will appoint one for you.
Re: Insurance Fraud
Mr. Brodsky is correct. It is imperative that you retain the services of an attorney to defend his rights immediately. He will have a significantly greater chance of a more favorable outcome. This area of law is our specialty, and our fees are very reasonable, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
