Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York

Intentional deception of coverage on insurance policy

Our shop was burglarized . The insurance co. refused to pay. It is our contention that they deliberately formed the basic construction of the policy to flagerantly deceive your paying policy holders. We have brought this matter to small claims court and the judge agreed to the point that he scheduled a trial. I would like to send you a 1 page fax that I believe you would see my point. The question is- upon reviewing my fax, do you belive we have a case.

In the abstract, that is a hard question to answer. But feel free to call me at the 212 # listed in my bio. A small claims court only has money jurisdiction. You can also eventually contact the Superintendent of Insurance at http://www.ins.state.ny.us/complhow.htm

Good Luck.
