Joint in Several
I was charged with a misdemeanor in nyc for wiring money from one account and taking it out in mines. I had to pay back the money, the judge said it would joint in several but im the only one paying. Is it a way for me to only pay the money im responsible for,

Joint AND several liability generally means each party is responsible for the entire amount of the obligation. Google it for more information. If you think you paid too much, you might have a claim against the other wrongdoers. Of course, no one here knows anything about your case.
