i HAVE A LAWUIT GOING TO TRIAL MY ATTORNEY CAME TO MY HOUSE TO TRY TO SETTLE BEFORE GOING TO TRIAL, THE OPPOSING SIDE MADE AN OFFER, i SAID YES BUT DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING, I CHANGED MY MIND AND DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THE OFFER, AM i BOUND BY IT EVEN THOUGH i DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING OTHER THAN TELL MY LAWYER IN MY HOME?
