liabilaty of property
my car was parked on the grounds owned by the coop complex where i live and my car was vadalized all 4 wheels were stolen i pay to park in such area they refuse to assume any responsibility for the theft I have filed an insurancse claim with my auto insurance,should the complex be held liable?

No. They just provide you with a place to park. It would be different if they took possession of your car (like a parking garage in Rockefeller Center).

They could be responsible if there was notice that the garage was being targeted for thefts and they took no precautions such as installation of security cameras and/or an alarm.
