Life Insurance claim Payouts
I received a payment check from a Life insurance claim, misplaced it during moving and never cashed. Three years later I have now recovered the check, am I still intitled to the payment.

Entitled to the payment..yes. Cash that check..no. It is stale. Contact the company and ask them for a replacement check.
