If you drive your own vehicle for company purposes and have an accident are you covered under workers comp insurance.

Workers' Comp is primary in this case. Important note: when worker's comp covers an accident that would otherwise have had coverage under No-Fault insurance, there is no compensation lien. Your recovery is reduced by the amount of your no-fault benefits, just as it would if worker's comp was not involved in the case. (It's actually scary how only a few lawyers are aware of this rule, and they allow the compensation carrier to derail settlement offers unless the "lien" is satisfied.)
