Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
I had my personal watercraft (jet ski) stolen from a business owners property. I purchased the watercraft at this place of business & the business owner was going to make a small repair to the engine. The business owner had a lock on the trailer the watercraft was on. Can the business owner claim this loss through his insurance company, and compensate me for my loss?
