Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
Property damage
My car was rear ended and totaled out. My insurance alone with gap will pay off the car. Can I sue the driver who try to leave the scene for damage to my car? He is leaving me with a car and down payment

Yes you certainly can and have his insurance cover all the damages. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
