Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
I have a question, my store suffered significant damage due to the next door store burning down due to arson. I do not have insurance at all and wonder if I have any recourse to get damages? Can I sue the next door store's insurance company? or do I sue the next door store owner? Can I seek damages from the landlord? My store is in shambles due to smoke and water damage due to the fire? Do I have any recourse.
