recover property damage
My car was park ed and another car hit same but the insurance company don`t want to get me a wheel

Your question is unanswerable because you have not provided enough information. Whose insurance are you claiming against? If it's the other guy's insurance and they are refusing to cover your loss of use claim, then don't settle. If it's your insurance company, and you have collision insurance, did you pay the extra premium for a replacement vehicle while yours is repaired? Answer these questions and someone may be able to give you some guidance, but as things stand now, your question is unanswerable.
