Renters Insurance Drivers License
Can an Insurance company damage or revoke my driving privileges? Maybe I owe the Ins Co money for a settlement related to an accident that occured in my home - unrelated to any vehicle - can they do anything to hinder my driving privileges? They are threatening my drivers license & I feel it is bogus. Again, the accident did not involve any vehicle or driving in any way whatsoever.

They can not issue you insurance. It is the province of the State of New York to revoke your license.
