selling overseas health insurance
we provide services to overseas travelers and want to market/ sell health insurance for a foreign company on our website. we are not an insurance company, can we do this?

Re: selling overseas health insurance
Anyone who sells or offers to sell insurance from or into the State of New York must hold a current license as an insurance salesman of the appropriate type. (There are distinct licenses for life, accident, health and general insurance.) The carrier must be admitted as a carrier of the appropriate type as well. (There are 23 distinct lines of insurance into which a carrier must qualify.)
I think, based on the sketchy facts you supplied, that your business plan is illegal.
