Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
Hello I am a single father and going thru some tuff times. I was a NYS account executive marketing salesman for a global food distributor. I was severely injured in 2001 spinal cord injury. I am now PTD perm totally disabled in an accident at work while traveling for my job. I am on workers compensation and SSD however , I had a million dollar business travel insurance through my employer along with $50,000 plus, I purchased an additional 100,000 policy of Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance, I have contacted the company I was employed by for 14 years and am having a tuff time getting a straight answer from them. I would like to know what I should do and if I qualify for a claim? Thank you for your time with this matter.
