Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
Hello, I am a student at SUNY Purchase College. My college has charged me with medical insurance which I was unaware of. I have had my own insurance and I had also waived it. They are telling me since it is past the deadline that they can no longer refund me. Can I take action on this?
