Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York

'' Vehicle Damage''
My car was parked & unoccupied. There was a car accident and my vehicle was damaged. The driver at falt did not hav e his insurance card present, so there were no insurer listed on the police report. However, his home address was listed. I took him to court where he faild to appear. The court was in favor of me, and ordered him to make a payment to me within 30 days, which he has also fail to do. I contacted the city marshal after the 30 days and i was told to get a working address. What is left for me to do? Ido not any information about this person exceptfor his home address, Lisence Id #, and his plate #(Which doesn't exist On file)

1. Contact DMV and try to have his drivers license suspended for no insurance.

2. Try to get his ss #.
