Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
Wife died June 2015. She worked at a hospital as a nurse for 25 years. They ( Her employer ) tell me I cannot get her life insurance policy because my wife did not fill out some waver form in Nov 2013 when she was dying of cancer
and I was her health car proxy . I asked them if they sent this form by registered mail and they said no. I told them they have no prof they sent us this form. I need to know How to file a claim against the insurance company. I don't know if there is a time limit ? Thanks
