Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
In New York it is Ethical and Legal for an Attorney to assign a Paralegal to interview witnesses in Preparation for trial. Is there an insurance liability issue that keeps many attorneys from utilizing this option ? If so could you provide me with a provision or case that would be enlightening on the issue ?
