use of celebrity pics

we are using celebrity pictures and product images on our site that we have taken from a google image search, we are not taking them from any offical celebrity site, we would like to find out if we can use these images on our site, if not who would we approach to be able to use the images

Unless you are using the materials as a 'fair use' under copyright law and not using the products in violation of trademarks, you need to obtain appropriate permissions from the applicable owners. You may also need permission from the subjects of the photos. Your description of use is too incomplete to offer more.
