Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New York
Distribution of Educational Materials
I have been keeping an archive of internet news articles related to a particular topic over the last 2 years. I would like to make this archive available to researchers interested in the topic. Is it legal for me to a) distribute this material, and b) charge a research fee to provide the service?

Re: Distribution of Educational Materials
Unless you have distribution rights to the content, no, it would not be legal.
