Depending on your mark, and what you mean by a "fixed fee", it may not be hard. I am presently doing seven TM applications for what you might call a "fixed fee".

Make sure you agree on what the "fixed fee" is for precisely though. The search, opinion and application are fairly predictable timewise, but related litigation in the PTO is hard to budget beforehand. You can call the bar association referal service, check the subcommitte on Trademarks, or go through the yellow pages interviewing counsel. Feel free to contact me.
