Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New York
Is there a good resource (book, pamphlet, website) about copyright law for nonprofits (e.g., something that covers copyright issues that commonly arise for nonprofits)?

The best resource is the Copyright Office site itself (copyright.gov). You'll find that there are very few - if any - copyright issues that are different for non profits than for anyone else.
