Can I sell invention, before it's patented ?

After I will prove the free energy engine realy works, partner have to buy this plan from me and make a patent on bouth names. He can't change his mind, after the principle is proved, he have to buy the plan from me.

Is this possible ?

Whoa, back up. In the US, only the true inventor can apply for a patent, and all inventors must be named in the patent application. Additionally, the patent application must be filed within 1 year of the date it is either published or reduced to practice.

Anything is possible, but probably not in an internet forum.
