Thinking of putting pictures from colleges on a blanket or a quilt and selling them online. Would also use the school logo -- is this allowed or do I need the school's permission?

As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you the following. Before using any logo, you need the consent of the owner. This is usually accomplished by a license from the owner to use the logo. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
