Look on the U.S. Commerce Department website under "International Trade Administration" then "Antidumping" to find brief descriptions of antidumping law. Also, forms are available there, including the standard "antidumping questionnaire". However, the standard antidumping questionnaire is not used in antidumping investigations of products from China. This is because China is considered a "non-market" economy and the special rules for calculating whether the product is being dumped from a non-market economy are very artificial.
