Legal Question in International Law in New York
If a company acquired my land in a foreign country through that countries government, and that government told me the company is the one that should compensate me, and if that company has a branch or lets say business or assets in the United States can I prosecute them ? knowing that I have all legal documents

Very possibly yes; however, it is not a black and white issue. There is also the question of value; whether it would be worthwhile to pursue the case in Federal Court and the determination of the market value of the property through trusted sources. The case may be defended on sovereign immunity grounds; but worth a shot.
