Legal Question in International Law in New York

This question is related with payments in ITES (Information technology enabled services) industry. What steps we can take to fetch the amount for the work we did for international clients (U.S and Canada Clients)?

I'm not sure what you mean by writing "fetch the amount for the work we did"?. If you mean that you performed work for a client in the U.S. and that client owes you money then you can start collection proceedings and/or file a lawsuit to attempt to recover your pay.
