Legal Question in International Law in New York
My New York registered small business is interested in having an Ecuadorian firm print an Ecuadorian edition of our book "Wanna Go Where?" What kind of agreement would we need? The agreement would have to specify that this particular firm is the only authorized publisher of the book, without giving any intellectual rights to the firm.
