Legal Question in Investment Law in New York

I am not the benificiary of my husband to his chase bank investment the person i spoke said

theres no benificiary and if theres a name in it he was not authorize to tell me whose name it was only the state have the access whose the benificiary of my husband and if theres ni benificiary the state will get the money on my husband chase bank inveatment ,My question ,whats my right ? I am the legal wife ,thank you.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your husband.

You will need to file papers in the Surrogate's Court and ask to be appointed as Executor or Administrator of your husband's estate. Then you will authorized by law to collect the account.
