Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New York

Teen pregnancy / parental responsibility

May I terminate my legal parental responsibilities and evict my 16 yr old daughter now that she has become pregnant which i refuse to condone or support? I share joint legal and physical custody with her mother per court order. Her mother is of like mind. What are our options? Our daughters?

You cannot legally throw your 16 year old. She is still a minor, requiring guardianship from her parents. If you do, you subject yourself to a Neglect/Abuse case.
