Assaulted at work

While getting into a verbal argument at work with the head chef he physically grabed my arms and yelled in my face ''if you ever call me an ass**** again I'll fing kill you!'' my question is outside of filing a police report is there anything else that can be done? State agency, order of protection, etc...

How could you enforce an order of protection if you have to work in the same area as the guy?
