Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I belive i have a wrongfull termination case

i was terminated from my employer and coleected unemployment fro 3 weeks and then was rehired doing same job at lower rate of pay there is allot of circumstances that i need to discuss with someone so if someone can please help me it would be wonderful thank you for any help
