Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
my boss wont let me use a desk fan - says its too much money and she keeps the AC on 76 in 90 degree remperatures outside. I feel sick in the office. what can I do? are there any laws? I cant pay for this answer

Get a fan powered by a battery. How can she object to that since you won't be using her electricity?
