Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

bullied at work

My current manager uses such tactics as persistent trivial nit-picking, constant, sometimes conflicting criticism (e.g. berating me for asking questions, whereas at other times - for not asking them). In my performance reviews, she distorted and misrepresented information, questioning my professionalism, and even attacking my credibility and integrity. Because of her fabrications, I was given a final warning letter and was not awarded a year end bonus. All this is in stark contrast to my prior work experiences and reviews.

My question is is there anything I can do from a legal standpoint to have her reviews expunged from my record and have my bonus reinstated?

Thank you for your response

If you are union file a grievance. If not file a complaint with Human Resources.
