Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Off the top of my head, I realize that I haveto go on Lexis to find out.....and cannot doit immediately.

However, I need more information on what typeof work you do and what position you hold inthe company; its size, and whether or not youhave an employment contract or are a memberof any union. Please e mail me privately...this is not as simple a problem as may appear.
