Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I need a confidential meeting with my boss, but she wants two people present during the meeting. how do I explain to her that I dont want no one else in that meeting, because its a private matter.

Just tell your employer it is a very private matter and that you do not want anyone else to hear what you need to say.
Are you in a union. If you are is there someone in the union you can ask to accompany you?
