Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Ever convicted of a felony?

AAAbout 15 years ago I was convicted of a felony. I am wondering if there is a ''time limitation'' to the question, on job applicatios, about being convicted of a felony. Since my conviction was so long ago could I be with in legal limits to say NO?

Re: Ever convicted of a felony?

The direct answer to your question is no.

However, you ought to get the conviction expunged. If that occurs, your record will be cleared, and you can answer that you have a clean record.

If you have any questions on how to proceed with an expungement, please call me.
