Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Denied Bonus - Railroaded

I recently was denied my bonus. The reason that was written was becuase they blamed me for something that was not my fault. I was rail roaded by 3 senior executives to take the blame for their mistake. My question is, if I can prove that this was not my mistake and that they made this mistake, do I have grounds for a suit? I am currently looking to leave the job because after what they wrote about me, I just can't see working there anymore.

A law suit may be in the offing, but the truth is that it most likely is in libel. You may call on me to discuss it by following the links below.

Good luck.
