Discrimination in Employment on National Origin
Employment (National Origin Discrimination):
I was hired by major investment bank in New York City as a temp to hire for 3 months (promised to be hired orally ones 3 months has elapsed). Instead the mgmt keep extending my assignment up to 27 months and let me go due to lack of work as end of assignment. I was performing at all level, I was even send overseas to handle various task at the bank's branches for 3 months. My fact is that the mgmt hired several people for a same position as mine during my assignment and keep using me as a temp due to cheaper labor and my national origin. I filed a Charge with EEOC that I have been discriminated against based on my national origin and obtained Notice of Right to Sue. Currently I am unemployed and cannot afford a lawyer. I have two questions:
1 - Can you refer me to a 100% Contingency fee basis Lawyer who will be paid as percentage from a settlement, if any (Bonus, Benefit, Underpayment and--name removed--on)?
2 - Can you email me his background/success?
