E-mails

I am the CFO of a company; am I allowed to delete all my e-mails and leave an empty mailbox before my last day?

You should follow your company's e-mail procedures and in particular it's e-mail retention policy (archiving, printing, etc). In any event, if you work for a large corporation it is unlikely that even if you delete your e-mail from your office computer or web-based company e-mail, it is very likely that it will be retained on a server (perhaps located in a salt mine in Utah) in the event that it needs to be re-called for some court action or regulatory investigation.
