While In seattle I handed in a copy of my pasport it shows that I am 59, since my activity is more than other employees I know and they are not being questioned and put on a plan I fell discriminated against??? does the letter have any legal foundation for me ....

You do not provide enough facts. Do you feel you are being discriminated based upon age? Is your employer not complying with the terms of the offer which you have accepted? These are some questions that may help flesh out your legal situation.
