Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

New employee , offer letter , two months and now attitudes have changed .

I have started with a Company on the basis of an offer letter executed by the Company and accepted by Myself.Since i returned from HQ in seattle the attitude of my Manager has changed and he now is questioning my proispecting activity. While In seattle I handed in a copy of my pasport it shows that I am 59, since my activity is more than other employees I know and they are not being questioned and put on a plan I fell discriminated against??? does the letter have any legal foundation for me ....

You do not provide enough facts. Do you feel you are being discriminated based upon age? Is your employer not complying with the terms of the offer which you have accepted? These are some questions that may help flesh out your legal situation.
