Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Employee Tuition Reimbursement Discrimination??

I work in NYC for 10 years at engineering firm. They reimburse at 50% for tuition of job-related courses. I was denied this benefit for an MBA. I have one year to go before completing it and am paying for it by myself. Meanwhile, a co-worker was reimbursed for an MS in Management. Do I have legal recourse in this matter?

Possibly. I do not have enough to go on here. Did you and are you absolutely sure you did, meet all of the prerequisites for tuition reimbursement?

I would have to see their written policy.
