Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
Just want to know If a employee works at office. Supervisor, manager, boss only comes at night during day time there's no one accompany can employee complaint this to department of labor? If employer is being complaint wheat will happened to employer and employee. In addition, can employee sue this employer if something happened to employee while working ex: robbing by passenger even if there's no video capturing device on office to proof? Does employers are require by law to install video camera at office?

What kind of office are you working at that you feel there is a chance of your being exposed to danger when left alone? If the employer puts you deliberately in a dangerous situation, he could be liable if you are hurt.
