Employer Belittering Employees

Can you sue an employer for constaly belitteling you and presenting you with a hostile environment day in and day out.

The question is not whether can you sue, but whether you can you win. Unless the hostile environment is discriminatory in nature (because you are a member of a protected class), there is little legal recourse for abused employees. Your best bet (especially if it's a large company) may be to try to negotiate a severance package so you can move on.
